Sometimes we need help sorting through our feelings and emotions so that we will be able to reach our full potential. Through guidance and empathy, I help young children, adolescents, teens and adults move toward their goals. I want to help children and adults learn how to develop the skills they need to overcome the obstacles that may be preventing them from moving forward in an emotionally healthy way. My 22 years of experience in education as both a teacher and counselor in conjunction with my professional counseling experience has helped me to treat many clients in many age groups. I am an Licensed Professional Counselor, Nationally Certified Counselor as well as a Certified School Counselor in the state of Texas.
